Dr. Perkins has been my T-Bred's vet for over 5 years. He is "accident prone" (walks into building corners, trips over the craziest of things, etc) and I have had to call her for several emergency ranch calls. She has always been there for us-explained our options, explained the procedures and expected outcomes. I've owned horses for over 50 years and she is the best dang horse vet I've had. Dr . Sara is fantastic. She is patient and loving to your horse. She listens well. Explains things well , is positive and kind and acts like she loves her job. I would call on her especially for a lameness issue.
