By attending the natural horsemanship training I have learnt all about how horses act and behave, but not only do you learn about the horses you start to realize that horses are just like people with there different personalities, boundaries and ways of showing respect. Helen & Rob (and the horses!) are amazing to work with; they helped me access and reflect on things I hadn't been able to with conventional therapists. Even with just four sessions I've seen improvements in my mood and quality of life.
