Rooms need to be cleaned more efficiently.
We had a late check in which was no drama. The room was clean and tidy and the shower was hot. It was very hot night and the air conditioning cooled the room very quickly. The room was far enough back from the roadway that there was no road noise, It is basic motel but at the right price.

Excellent value. Friendly and accommodating staff. Everything you might need was provided (fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, tea coffee milk, television, air con, extra pillows blankets). I never have high expectations for budget accommodation but I felt for the price this was exceptional. Parking right outside the rooms. Convenient location. Very clean.
