I met Shannon today and to say it was an awesome experience is an understatement. To make a long story short, my dog was mauled in June and because shepherds are structurally delicate yet annoyingly stoic, I needed to know if she was walking away with permanent injuries I couldn’t see. Dr. Shannon has been treating our old girls for some time and is absolutely amazing. Our doggies are now 16 and 17 and after sessions with Dr. Shannon is so much more comfortable and happy. Dr. Shannon worked on my giant dog for bicep tendonitis, likely related to a fractured leg when he was younger (after being bitten by a bear). While she was treating my dog for that, he also got hurt by a moose, so she helped with that as well. She is very knowledgeable, gentle, and receptive to how the dog is doing. I appreciated the thorough reports she sent which helped remind me what I needed to work on with him as well. He is now doing very well (and so far, staying away from the wildlife).
Shannon is so lovely, she has helped our Pug so much with pain management and mobility over the years. She takes the time to carefully explain what is happening, what she is doing and provides homework. She loves our dog as though she were her own. I highly recommend Dr. Shannon and Equilibrium!
