Product came broken, won’t warranty or fix the problem. Miscommunication through their support services. Update: The cord used to flash the car was a borrowed cord from another person not the one received. Also was told they were shipping one out and was giving an inaccurate sales order saying one was shipped Keep in mind it’s literally just a cord and they are telling me it’s the whole thing

I’ve have many different cars and went through many different tuning companies. EQT is definitely the best company I have dealt with. I accidentally put it in the wrong serial number in for my tune on my s3. I messaged them and they fixed it with no questions within 20 minutes and sent me a new file. Some of the best service I’ve dealt with!
