By far the worst experience I've ever had with a tuning/auto shop is with Equilibrium Tuning. Hands down. This company works hard to exploit as much money from their customers as possible. I could write a small novel about how bad the experience with this company has been. I have no clue whatsoever how they have any repeat customers. The ONLY reason they are getting a 2 is because they remained cordial the entire time. Absolutely useless! Had my cash for 4 months with a product on backorder. Waited and waited.....waited some more, the don't keep you in the loop. They cancelled the order. Very useless company I do not recommend. Also ended up losing money, I should get a full refund considering the ridiculous length of time I waited for nothing.
Product came broken, won’t warranty or fix the problem. Miscommunication through their support services. Update: The cord used to flash the car was a borrowed cord from another person not the one received. Also was told they were shipping one out and was giving an inaccurate sales order saying one was shipped Keep in mind it’s literally just a cord and they are telling me it’s the whole thing
Only place to go if you have a vw/audi mqb platform car for tuning, james there is the best
