Can’t do business with a company that refuses to answer their phone.
I’ve have many different cars and went through many different tuning companies. EQT is definitely the best company I have dealt with. I accidentally put it in the wrong serial number in for my tune on my s3. I messaged them and they fixed it with no questions within 20 minutes and sent me a new file. Some of the best service I’ve dealt with!
Turbo never shipped. I have emailed sales and they say it was picked up. FEDEX Label was created but Fedex investigation says it was never picked up ,and to reach out to the shipper. They seem to take a day on average to respond by email, so I called EQT and no one answered and I left a voice message. I spent $900 and almost two weeks later no indication from EQT if I will receive my parts. Order was placed on 3/28/25 its now 4/10/25. UPDATE: See pictures below.
