Kate was awesome. I saw Kate as I had a sore lower back and hamstring from workout. Her massage made me feel relaxed and Very energetic the other day. Kate was very knowledgeable and asked all the right questions to find out the cause of tension and soreness and showed me some good stretches to prevent injuries. I am so happy to finally find the right masseuse.
I have pretty high anxiety and I was so comfortable and my mind was quickly put at ease and really felt listened to. I highly recommend a visit. Super excited for my next treatment.
