Amy refused to listen to me. I'm 81. I have aches and pains. When I tried to explain that certain positions were causing me pain, she basically told me to suck it up. I've exercised almost every day for the past 40 years. I actually like muscle aches because it means I'm accomplishing something. BUT there's a difference between muscle aches and searing pain that keeps you up at night. She didn't want to hear it. I will never go back there
