Through steady increase of difficulty, the therapists here have guided me to great improvement over 10 initial sessions.
The place is really neat and clean. The staff is very friendly and very respectful. I've worked with four of them and they're all very knowledgeable in what they do. I appreciate the help in getting better.
On July 13, 2026, 8.42AM I had a 2 min call with (I guess) - receptionist - who did not introduce herself, female. I'm disabled with concussion. As the call started, I clearly stated that I have a concussion. I was also speaking very slowly. I had trouble understanding "receptionist" so I asked follow up questions - all normal clear symptoms of post-consussion symptoms. "Receptionist" was rushing through everything, speaking very fast and in condescending tone, speaking down to me, implying in her voice and words how annoyed... read more
