Spending time with Sophie is wonderful in so many ways. The Rewind Technique has been one of the best things I have done for myself. It was gentle, didn’t require me to relive past experiences but allowed me a safe way to move on. Highly recommend Sophie for so many reasons.
I've been having regular massages with Sophie from Equilibrium. I alternate between lymphatic drainage, trigger point release and deep tissue.
