I've had many good job opportunities over my lifetime but this takes the cake. I have nothing but good things to say about Ntiva (Equilibrium) and their staff. Working with them from my prior company, I have had nothing but great response times in any issue that was brought up and directed to them. Their engineering staff is always nice to work with, diligent and great with following up to ensure your good to go. If I am ever in the position again to bring them on, I would definitely do so!
I’ve worked with Equilibrium at my last two companies. Hopefully I’ll be with my organization for a long time but if I were ever to leave I would bring them with me. We have a few internal IT staff members and utilize EQ for high level consulting projects like a SD-WAN implantation, cloud migrations, backups, EDR and other cybersecurity solutions.
