Because I have more degrees and certifications in exercise science than the owner and director combined, my father and I were refused memberships for fear I would be training other people. Sad. Remember when the fitness industry was about not making assumptions? I’m thoroughly disappointed.
Terrible experience with Jordan. I showed up 5 minutes late to my 10am sign-up appointment, and I was turned away at the door because I "missed" the appointment, and told to come back two days later. I was not informed that there was only a 5-minute window for this appointment, and I would have made more of an effort to be on time had I known.
