I cannot say enough good things about Britteny! She got us a great rate and had us to closing in record time. The elapsed time from when we filled out the refi application to when we signed papers was only 12 days! We are retired and have an unusual financial set up. I explained it to Britteny and she went to work. She responded pretty immediately whenever I had a question. Nicketta was also a great help in completing the process. I worked on a refinance with Rocky May. I highly do not recommend. He continuously gave me inaccurate information and was very disrespectful when I confronted him about it after my refinance was closed. Rocky advised me that I would get to skip two monthly payments because of the refinance. I wasn't so sure about that because of the time of the month.
