Ridiculous. Touch tone doesn't work. You cant answer it. Trying to force you online. Horrible, just terrible.
Terrible service and incompetent workers. I called 3x and the Chinese lady was totally confused and couldn't answer my question. Called back and the recording said a rep will call me back once available and when I did get the call back no one said anything on the other end but just held the phone. That is terrible service and apparently that person working from home and just answered so it appears he or she is working. Had me on hold for 45 minutes before connecting me to a call center outside the US (due to accent and background chatter). Representative refused to say where the call center was, confirm/deny if it was within the US and simply said "it is a secure facility" before asking me for my social number. Refused to connect me to a representative within the US when I asked. What a scam!
