it is a fake website. After they got my information the website shut down. I never received a confirmation number, but my credit card was charged immediately. I have not been able to get back on my account,and haven't talked to any agent! This is a scam!
Cancelled my membership in December 16, 2020. It’s an act of Congress to get through to a customer service representative. They continued to bill my credit card for 4 months. I did call back and they said you are cancelled and did not know why I was being charged. You will need to take it up with your bank on the charges. 2 months later I called back to discuss the issue and had to get cancelled again. I will never use their service again.
