Great company!
WARNING!!!! Be careful - what they don't tell you - they add the drive-time into the labor hours at full price. They charge $130/hr labor. And they also charge you $130/hr to drive to your location. The original estimate simply said: 11 hours labor. That was it. 'Labor Residential Camera 1 Technician'. He was here for only 8, but I was billed for the full 11 hours. When I called and said there was a mistake, I was told that the extra 4 hours was drive-time. I would never have agreed to that if I knew that upfront! $520 just ... read more
