We were supposed to stay at Mountain Goat Studio owned by Point Echo Motel (part of the eqeuva group) However on arrival we were told it was double booked and not available. We were directed to an alternative room through the host and were told this was ‘free of charge’. We were told we could follow up with Riparide (whom we booked with) regarding a refund as Riparide had the money. We were not informed that staying would affect our eligibility for a refund, and we would not have stayed if this had been made clear. The alter... read more
