I was at a general inspection appointment for a property in Escrow when I realized we didn’t have a termite inspection lined up. I called a dozen termite inspector’s looking for a short notice inspection, to no avail. I got a call back from Edward and he said that even though it was his day off, he could be there in 20 minutes. Edward was really great. Gave us the details and thoroughly explained to us as to what he was going to do. Even taught us the different kinds of termite. Inspected our home and thank God it was only localized in one of rooms. Treated that room, showed me the whole process. He even fixed the water wooden rot we had in our garage door. Very satisfied with his service and will definitely recommend to family and friends.

I hired Ed with Equality Termite Control to inspect my house in Redlands for termites. Unfortunately we had subterranean termites under the subfloor of one of our bathrooms. He thoroughly explained the process, how long it would take and when it would be safe to reenter the room. It also included patching the holes that had to be made, but I will need to patch and paint the area now that it is fixed. He made sure we understood the safety for our dogs and he made us feel respected and comfortable when he was inside our home. ... read more
