After equity health did not follow process processes and procedures after a Diaphoretic event, they gave me a pill when I requested information on the pill. They gave me the administrator said that they have zero medications Then told me to turn them into the Oklahoma City Police Department. I just recently did that so administrators and PA of equity health be looking for law-enforcement on your front door
I have been a client for years when they first opened up north side. Many people I have worked with have been wonderful. However, this new lady they have over my account is rude each time I have had to speak with her. The entire staff is quite lovely here. I’ve gone twice and it was the same both times. You can tell they really want you to be comfortable and really care about you. They really inform you about everything in an easy to understand way too. They’re super friendly and kind. I’ve gotten testing done at other facilities before, and while those were fine experiences, equality health is a step above. You honestly leave feeling good and prepared for whatever results you may get back.
