This is not a 5 star garage. Consumer beware. This garage is poorly managed, unethical and not transparent. After 41 days I received a defective repair (transmission). Jared himself told me the transmission was working and just needed to finish the drive cycle. My truck won't even go through a drive cycle, I had to have it towed home and now will have to figure out where to take it to get the work done properly. On top of these issues I am missing an item out of my vehicle. Stay away from this place.
They always handle my girl with care, answer all my questions respectfully, and turn my car over with all problems handled. Never goin anywhere else. Respect to the boys at equality. Stay humble and professional. Appreciate you guys.
I took my company car in for regular maintenance. My first time here - and I am delighted to say that it was a great service experience. Aaron checked me in and with him and the techs, my car was in-n-out! Great Job Aaron and Team!!
After our car broke down outside of Reno we had it towed to the shop… even with the difficulty of the situation we had an amazing experience at equality automotive! Aaron got us in right away to have our car checked out. He was empathetic to our experience and did everything he could to make us feel taken care of… he even drove us to our Airbnb that evening.
