Dustin and Crystal came out, problem was found. They went and got the parts 1.5 hours away and back. Fixed the main problem, running better than it ever has. For being out in these remote locations, was as good as I could have hoped for. It was easy to recognize that they’re good people and knowledgeable about their work.
Dustin and Crystal were referred to us by Keystone Owner Services to take care of issues previously identified by a dealer in a different area. They were great to work with. They kept our appointment time and arrived on time. Courteous, professional and helpful.Dustin quickly understood the issue, reviewed the parts I had in hand from the dealer and developed a plan to instal and improve the wiring design involved.

While vacationing here in Brenda AZ, we experienced a problem with our main slide out on our RV. Dustin looked at the slide out and was able to immediately identify the problem. He helped us get the slide out in and locked so we can return home on schedule. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and above all extremely professional and capable.
