Dustin spent hours first at Cut Bank, then in Great Falls diagnosing our problem with the slide on our Thor Magnitude RS36. His thoroughness was extremely appreciated as he identified four separate issues with our slide. He was able to get parts expedited for the repair. We had a leak in our RV shower that was creating quite the issue behind the wall and the roof was built defective and separating… BIG ISSUES. I could give more than five stars, I would. They went above and beyond fixing those two big issues and many other little ones for us on our Keystone RV AND worked with the warranty department within Keystone so that we could get those repairs covered. I had an electrical problem on a Sunday night. Dustin came right over and had it fixed within an hour. That's a life saver when you're on a camping trip 1500 miles from home! Thanks Dustin!
