My colleagues and I attended a corporate theatre workshop about psychosocial hazards. I thought the session was very well run, the actors were great, and it gave staff a solid overview of what psychosocial hazards are, and how they might look in a workplace, as well as opportunities to discuss how things could be done differently. A very engaging way to present what has the potential to be quite a dry topic!
Franca and her team always deliver the goods. The interactive corporate theatre really assists audience members to grasp the concepts being shared (in our case it was about psychosocial hazards) and have the chance to help provide solutions. It’s fun, it’s safe and totally innovative
Attended the Psychosocial Hazard workshop. The topics covered by the workshop were quite sensitive. The whole workshop was eye opening and all the staff and actors were brilliant.
Had a training session around Psychosocial awareness with EEO Specialists. Without a doubt some of the best corporate organised training I've had. Walking in, I expected 4 hours of slideshows and "workbooks" but it turned into an engaging, informative and captivating session that really hit home on the topic in question. This is definitely knowledge that will be remembered and utilised long term. 100% recommend and glad I was part of it.
I used EEO Specialists for a recent Wellbeing Conference here at DBCA (WA).
