They took the time to assess our air conditioning needs, inspect the current setup, answered questions, made sure the new equipment would work BEFORE we ordered, and installed on time with no surprises like they said during the quote process.
Had a clogged condensation hose, came by fixed the problem, no charge. Great guy. Highly recommend.
This company is top notch! Brian (who owns Equal Flow) is about as honest of a guy as you are going to find absolutely anywhere. I have used them for many years for annual maintenance and the install of a gas fireplace. During this hot summer my AC unit decided to quit and Brian was there the very next day to give me my options. I decided to replace both the AC and furnace as they were 22 years old. AC is working again. My neighbour told me about Equal Flow after my AC conked out on the longest heatwave I can remember. Chris came by that same day, told me what I need, he ordered the parts and he came back the very next day the parts came in. We are up and running cool once again without breaking the bank I might add. Thanks to Kim and Chris both for excellent customer service. There is a reason for the 5 stars.
