A miscommunication from someone not part of the company caused me to file a BBB Complaint. After discussing it with a true rep of the company. I can't retract it. But I will apologize for not being able to. This is a good company and I believe they do their best to succeed for those of us who habe hit rough spots in our lives. I cannot find any reason not to put your trust in them.
Want to say EQP is a blessing they helped my mom when she was in a bad spot and now it's all good to go. Sometimes we dont know who to trust but they can be trusted and Im glad my mom did.
