As a Provider of 41+ yrs, we have experienced the worst and best of Reviews, Approvals and Funding. Every Patient, Clinician and Provider would like to everything Approved., but that is not realistic. We too have experience denials, but all in all eQ does a fine job within the parameters it must follow. They make it possible for us to meet the real needs of our Client/Patients and we appreciate them.
It took us three months to get basically even started with a plan of care . I spoke directly with Robert Roth several times and he does not present in a professional manor nor does he respond in a timely manner . When expressing my concerns , he suggested I look elsewhere for help. After dragging this out for several months , I would agree he may be in the wrong line of business . Vicky from customer service exhibits narcissistic behaviour. She is rude, unhelpful and defensive and should be retrained or moved to a more suitable position. They were completely unhelpful and imposed an unrealistic deadline of 48 hours to aquire paperwork from a professional who requires a prior evaluation. They impose fake demands for additional paperwork and deny physician generated requests and updated paperwork. This is an obvious imposition strategy to deny coverage. I am a provider and have been trying to get someone to assist with resetting my password so that I can get patient information uploaded. It was never a problem before. We have been with this company ever since Medicaid decided to make them the middle man. All I get is a recording. No one returns your calls. What happened to real live persons helping us. Which email are they sending the information to when we never changed our email? In the meantime, a patients are left without service due to this major inefficiency!!!!!! I w... read more
