Terrible quality, appalling customer service. We purchased 6 dining chairs, paid their absurd pricing with a promise of quality. We received 1 chair was faulty stitching. 2 weeks later it was replaced with a WOBBLY chair. The kind of chair you expect from a discount depot. Not ‘EQ3’ and definitely not for this price tag. Several emails and phone calls later, the resolution was to send me back the orignal faulty chair. Still would like an explanation as to how these chairs are passing their QA. Shaqynna was great to work with. She is a wealth of design knowledge and helped choose the right pieces for our house. She even created renderings to show how the furniture would look in our space.

My experience with EQ3 Burlington has been nothing short of amazing! Allison, the design consultant I worked with, was absolutely wonderful. I had an issue with the delivery of my original couch, it couldn’t fit through my doorway (totally my fault!) and Allison went above and beyond to help me choose a new piece that would work. She took it upon herself to contact customer service and coordinate all the order details on my behalf, even though I could have done it myself.
