Terrible experience that seems to be common now that I’ve read the reviews. 5 months out from paying in full for an item that was to be delivered in 6 weeks. Not yet delivered. Multiple “it will be delivered by” dates come and gone, no clue where my product is or when it will be delivered. Never. Again.
Sean was so helpful and attentive to finding the perfect couch for our wants and needs, the store was very welcoming, and we felt very at ease. Thank you Sean and Janelle for your help!
I went in yesterday to the store in Burlington looking for some odds and ends,mostly decor and storage items and I was really impressed with the employees, they were so very helpful and friendly! Especially the manager on duty. I will definitely go back. If they are reading this, thank you again ☺️
I bought this leather couch 6yrs ago and it started peeling after 4 years! EQ3 claims to have top quality leather but clearly it’s not! These couch’s were not cheap. When we contacted EQ3 we got conflicting information. Store manager Sean first said it was covered under warranty and I could get a new replacement. But when I went to the store he changed his story!
