Beautiful store with overwhelmingly friendly and professional staff. Alexandria was incredibly patient with my questions (of which I had many!), and was able to order me exactly what I wanted, while offering some helpful insight. Will be returning in a few months.
My husband, Dan and I went to EQ3 to buy a couch and some stools. Sean helped us through the process. He was lovely - very friendly and professional. We appreciated him taking the time to walk us through the different options we were looking at. He was also diligent in following up with us when we had to make changes (we bought before we measured - whoopsies!). I highly recommend EQ3. Beautiful, quality products and great service!

Ordered a couch from here, was told it would take 8-12 weeks to have it made and shipped. 12 weeks went by with not a single update, so I finally called to get an update. Was told it's still in production (week 13) and they'd give me an update by end of the week...No update by the end of the week (week 14) so I called again. The answer I got is they don't know what the actual status is, and it's potentially going to be another 3-4 weeks before it arrives. We went to EQ3 to buy nightstands and a dresser. Sean T guided us through the store and help us pick the right furniture for our needs. EQ3 was also having their scratch and save promotion. We were well aware the most we could save was 20%. We reached into the basket and we picked out our scratch card. 50%!!!! We were so excited. So was Sean T. He is a gem. I would definitely recommend this store to all that are looking for great quality Canadian made furniture.
