I was given a verbal quote and a general “weed front bank, prune shrubs and trees” text message. Caveat emptor is my advice if dealing with Andrew. He did a cursory showing of the sprinkler system at installation but didn’t check that it was covering the areas or that all the sprinklers were functioning.
