Does this sound like a scam? I provided my ID, spoke with their security team to confirm I was the one opening the account, and even received three calls from their customer service. I had to visit Canada Post to verify my ID, but after more than a month, my account is still not open, and no representative seems to know what's going on.
Been with this bank for about 3 years now. Was awesome at the beginning just recently been really really bad I wouldn't recommend this bank to any one. 1 is there supervisors do not return calls or they will tell you they will call you bank they don't. Then when u get the next supervisor you ask them to put you in touch with there boss and they said it wasn't never done.They hold all amounts of Cheques witch in canada is illegal to hold all of it they are spose to release 100.00 as long as your account is over 90days.
