Easy to register. Staff very polite and professional.
Epworth Villa was such a disappointment! My father was recently there three weeks for skilled nursing and his care was sub-standard, at best. Jody T. & a few of the nurses and aids were great with him. But Debra, who is in charge of the nurses, was rude and unprofessional. Also, most of the staff were inpatient and lacked compassion for a man who was dying and was unable to comply with their requests. Epworth Villa is a beautiful facility. The community setting is more than I expected. When my time comes to enter a facility, Epworth Villa would definitely be on the list to place residence.
Epworth has done a great job helping my grandpa through his skilled nursing journey.
Lovely tour, and very informative. Kathy was very warm and presented information in a clear way. The facilities are lovely and the people living there seem very content! :-)
