The space is thoughtfully designed, calm and manageably small. There are some great Drs. I enjoyed working with the 2 Drs I had here. Nurses Kristina, Joe and Mukta are super trauma-informed and professional. Thank you for being such good eggs x

The meals person Lucy is so lovely, the admission staff deal with you in a very professional manner, and there is a sense of feeling welcomed and wanted - a good balance between a clinical space and a therapeutic space. I learnt a lot over my time there and was offered a bed very quickly due to need. Great programs, classes, and facilities.

Inpatient hospital stay was great - all of the nurses, doctors and the allied health team are super supportive of your recovery. Unfortunately I am very frustrated with the outpatient experience. My psychiatrist during inpatient doesn't take new patients after they leave hospital - so I am now stuck waiting for a new psychiatrist (3-6 month wait) before I can be referred to attend any group programs.
