The meals person Lucy is so lovely, the admission staff deal with you in a very professional manner, and there is a sense of feeling welcomed and wanted - a good balance between a clinical space and a therapeutic space. I learnt a lot over my time there and was offered a bed very quickly due to need. Great programs, classes, and facilities.

Inpatient hospital stay was great - all of the nurses, doctors and the allied health team are super supportive of your recovery. Unfortunately I am very frustrated with the outpatient experience. My psychiatrist during inpatient doesn't take new patients after they leave hospital - so I am now stuck waiting for a new psychiatrist (3-6 month wait) before I can be referred to attend any group programs. I cannot recommend Dr Piperoglou enough. His approach to treatment is cautious & considered. He takes time to be thorough & accomodating, whilst genuinely hearing what I have to say. And the personal outcome for me is that my life has been changed completely. In fact, his treatment has saved my life. Historically, I have not had the capacity to work, take care of myself or relate to people in the way I’d like to. I am now optimistic about my future. I enjoy life & all it has to offer.
