My stay was good and the care was high standard but I concur that they dont provide options for ongoing support. Every time ive sought an outpatient appointment im told theres no doctors etc which is not kind as im sure there are ways to get new or upcoming doctors. There's no recommendation for further care and if ur in crises its leaving you unsupported. Short and crises admissions and profitable and easy but it doesnt seem high care to not ensure u are continuously supported at least with a referral. My request for ongoin... read more
The space is thoughtfully designed, calm and manageably small. There are some great Drs. I enjoyed working with the 2 Drs I had here. Nurses Kristina, Joe and Mukta are super trauma-informed and professional. Thank you for being such good eggs x

The meals person Lucy is so lovely, the admission staff deal with you in a very professional manner, and there is a sense of feeling welcomed and wanted - a good balance between a clinical space and a therapeutic space. I learnt a lot over my time there and was offered a bed very quickly due to need. Great programs, classes, and facilities.
