Would give zero stars if I could, while blood was taken well, phlebotomist lied about use of referrals at other pathology labs, and refused to return my rule 3 referral
Absolutely horrific 0 stars their customer service over the phone was horrific. I had already paid my bill and they reckon they lost it and sent bill after bill for me to pay again. Would love to know what the office staff do. Absolutely horrific would highly recommend anyone but them
They do not take bloods from children without 2 people. How old? Hard to know. There is no information on the website about this. It's just a nice treat they inform you of when you wake up early on the weekend and make your way in.
Lovely person who was very efficient at taking blood.
Can not fault the staff for their professional attitudes and patience provided as I’m not the best patient for having blood drawn.
