Moses is an absolutely skilful and amazing nurse I encountered in ICT on the 20th August. He had a fantastic personality matched by outstanding nursing skills. Leo and Sam (trainee) were also fabulous. Very personal able. and accomodating whilst being very thorough. I would highly recommend Epworth Geelong for its professionalism on all levels. If i could give a negative 5 i would, failure duty of care with observations in paitent ,and when something not right when nurse came and said "she was away with the fairies to the daughter and the daughter had to do their job asking questions for cognitive respose not to mention a commode with a step,when someone has some sight issues it is still the bathroom.it is a Safety issue.
Great experience here. Everyone was so nice and patient with me. What a shame that they don't have a maternity department anymore. Was looking forward to giving birth here!
Day procedure with the Camera . Admin were more than welcoming. Thank you to all of the staff before the procedure and in recovery. Everyone was a delight and extremely helpful. A relief and stress free day. Thankyou to all the staff
