I recently visited Epworth Private Hospital in Geelong a modern clean hospital paid car parking a manned desk to tell you where to go once you arrive. There are a couple of places to eat and a chemist that also sells things you may need for a surprise hospital stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is an emergency department which is private so there will be out of pocket costs but less wait. One of the nicest hospitals I've ever been in. The nurses and staff are second to none. If you are sick go to Epworth Geelong.

My experience at Epworth Radiology was disappointing due to poor communication from the receptionist. We had booked our appointment online and arrived in the morning as instructed. The receptionist(old lady with fake eye lash)informed us that an appointment would be available at 10:30 am and advised us to return around 10:15 am to wait in the queue. I am absolutely furious about the lies I was told by your staff. I was told that my 80 year old family member was doing well, sitting up, and eating. However, he was practically unconscious and hadnt eaten a single thing all day. Lying to a patients family about their condition is morally wrong. Additionally, his scans were severely delayed, and your team had become blind, focusing entirely on one issue while completely ignoring his overall condition.
