Extremely rude staff. Painful experience with a simple blood test. Staff could not find the vein the first time round and she started moving the needle left and right inside the arm before moving to another arm. Did not apologise or anything just had a crappy attitude throughout.
Very Slow, The short girl with long black hair spends most for her time on her phone before she entertains you.
Need more staff, and some with better attitude
The worst pathology ever. Even one star is too much. They used the wrong tube for my blood test (the phlebotomist took a long time on the computer to figure out what tubes to be used for this test and I already knew she wasn’t that competent). Blood test needed for something very important. Now they wasted my time more than a week as I have to drive more than 30 mins to get the doctor’s referral letter and get another blood test.!!
