I recently had surgery and a 3 night stay. Cannot speak highly enough of the staff, their care, cleanliness, responsiveness to calls for assistance with a cheerful face, and the food. Thank you all so much!
I had a day surgery procedure at Epworth Freemasons and although my surgery went really well, I feel the admissions process should be reviewed. I was asked to arrive at 6.30am and wasn't even admitted until 7.55am. Upon admittance I was put into my gown and a robe and then sat in a freezing cold corridor for over another hour on a June winter's day. I have just spent 5 nights in the surgical ward at Epworth Freemasons after two extremely difficult surgeries and believe sincerely that the only reason I was able to be well enough to leave after just 5 days was the phenomenal staff. I cannot list ever name here - I wish I could because honestly every single member of staff from cleaners, food servers, right through to medical staff were such amazingly warm, consistent, approachable and wonderful humans.
