I haven’t felt particularly comfortable with my experiences there , as I found the staff be quite rude and unhelpful on more than one occasion , it seems they are doing a favor for you .
Awful standard of care by the nursing staff, I was missed in the handover from reception to nurse and left waiting alone without any contact for approx. 30 mins (won't elaborate for privacy). The nurse was also extremely rude when they finally were notified I was there. Awful experience and really added a huge amount of stress before surgery I didn't need :(
i had such a positive experience today with my colonoscopy. nurses, anaesthesiologist, and receptionist were all kind, helpful, and reassuring 🌷
