Have had a poor experience with two out of the three regular GPs at this clinic. One in particular is dismissive, rude and charged $110 regular consultation fee for a newborn who she barely examined and rushed off to the public hospital ED for no good reason. Appointment was barely 5 minutes.
A huge thank you to Freemasons Hospital for their professional care and support. Every staff member I encountered was kind, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. I’m so grateful for the excellent treatment I received and couldn’t be happier with the experience.
Visited for the first time last Friday. After explaining Symptoms and providing previous medical history was asked to get a blood test straight away. Much to my surprise and gratitude the Doctor tried contacting me on both Saturday and Sunday due to an issue with my results. A full explanation was left as a voice message. Exceptional service in this day and age which has helped resolve a health issue my previous medical clinic totally ignored …
Have been going to the Epworth Mens Clinic for 15 year. Had only the best medical care there. Also never had any issues with the Reception and administration team. Always received prompt service. Thank you
