I was recently in Rehabilitation Ward A and had a large private room. The staff from all areas were lovely and always willing to assist. Everyone in rehab was knowledgeable and the gym was large and well supplied with equipment.
My mother (Joyce S) was a rehab patient, it was excellent, all staff were fantastic. Extremely happy!
I think the place is overall very good and thus have returned here for many years to the mental health ward. Food is much better than other hospital wares and is different for the days of the week. One can eat in the common dining room or have it be delivered to one's room and has some options for dietary requirements. The rooms are fairly nice and cosy although could do with nicer pillows.
