I was just at Epworth By The Sea for the Georgia Mental Health Consumer Network Conference. I had a wonderful time. This is my tenth year going to the conference. The grounds are beautiful and serene. The food is great. I stayed in a cabin and enjoyed it. Cannot wait til next year to go back again.
I came here with Atlanta peer support for the workshops, trainings and conferenced, got to meet other peer specialist from different town and ethnic of different culture of beautiful and pleasent people, It was a great place to visit, had a wonderful time there, it very welcoming and friendly there, beautiful ocean sun set view, looking forward to going there again.
Beautiful, serene area! We were in the Pioneer Center and stayed on the 3rd floor of that building. We had a gorgeous view of the river and a nice breeze all day. We did a ropes course and zip line with Adventure Ministries, and Cole and Morgan were excellent coaches! I'd recommend using them for kids and adults.
Peace, tranquility, and you can feel Good walking the grounds. An absolutely great place for church retreats and the view of the Fredrica River is absolutely breathtaking. Staff is the best!
Wonderful place with lots of memories for me. I was a camp counselor at Epworth during summer, while at college. The friends I made and the experiences at Epworth are precious. Several of our summer campers have become UMC ministers, and many of the staff continue to keep in touch via social media. I recommend Epworth to anyone wanting a beautiful place to host a retreat, camp, or personal oasis and getaway.
Beautiful grounds, beautiful facilities, outstanding staff. I would recommend for anyone who wants to relax and ground themself. Awesome place for fellowship or come as a couple. I felt like I was in a blessed, tranquil place and my soul so needed it. Hope we come again next year as our Church Retreat
