The kids have a lot of fun even though it's exercises and a good workout, but the kids love it! Like really love it! I was concerned about that and having trouble getting to go but no problem at all, which doesn't happen often.
Coach Alejandro is a champion, more then a champion. He explains every task professionally, calmly, and clearly. It is a pleasure to listen to him, and this makes the work feel effortless for you. And then, you are able to do it yourself—and you also understand the *why* behind it. That is what makes a truly great coach.
Amazing crew and great box! Spicy one but coach was a true highlight!
