Received a demand letter from Arizona for over 5 digits with penalties and fees. My tax accountant that filed the return left the practice and since received very limited support trying to track my refund as I did make the payment in full on time. No one is answering the phone at any extension. As I'm in the process of buying a house this is a significant issue so I drove to their office. They can not assist as they don't have computers, servers, or phones running and soonest they advised they can respond is 4-5 days. I had ... read more

I've been working with Marina at Epstein Schneider for more than two years on both business and personal taxes. Can't say enough positive things about my experience. Marina was recommended to me by a colleague after I had a terrible experience with another company.
