This review is my experience with the doctor himself, the office staff were courteous and understanding. In all candor, he should’ve retired a while ago. He showed zero compassion and care towards me. In my brief visit, He was gruff and continued to rudely ask why I was here visiting him. I explained plainly I needed a referral for a specialist, and he didn’t understand. He asked me simple questions, like my age, that could be answered from glancing at my chart. Old fashion. Love him Very personal and friendly
Dr Epstein is a great guy, hes been around forever. He does forget a lot of things too so it is helpful if you are well informed about your medical picture and can remind him. The girl who answers the phone, Sochi, makes a LOT of mistakes, on one occasion I sent reminders for her to order medications which she had not done correctly. She also failed to submit a referral to another doctor, even though she said she did.. I got in touch When I called to remind her she started screaming her lungs out on the phone.
