Terrible products, doesn't support non OEM ink cartridges and wouldn't recommend their support or products to anyone. You get the run around until you give up. Canon and HP are much better products!!!
Originally ordered a et-3850 eco tank all in one printer from Amazon 2 months ago it was out of stock there for could not finish the order, I checked the box to let me know it was back in stock, Amazon chose to not let me know it was back in stock and hit my card behind my back with out my consent overdrawn my bank account, had to file a claim through my bank, contacted Epson told me they would replace it with new one finely got invoice from Amazon sent it to Epson Epson refused to replace it with new one,wanted to replace i... read more
