On 7-13-19, I bought a WF-2850 Epson All-in-One-Printer and brought it home, primarily so I could scan documents. About 80% of the documents I attempted to scan jammed in the feeder, so I exchanged it for a new one (same model) on 7-18-19. When I got it home, it wouldn't initialize because the starter ink cartridges didn't contain enough ink. The printer showed a message to contact Epson support, which I did. I have used a workforce 600 all in one printer by Epson for many years happily. However it finally broke and after calling customer support four times in the last two days am definitely not buying another Epson product. Their customer support is truly terrible! Just bought another brand.
