Knocked the air cond off the van roof (I know )took van to the Palms. Mike and Carol onto it,min time new air cond fitted. Would not get better service anywhere in Aust. 10/10.

Mike and his staff replaced a damaged and locked door release mechanism on our Statcraft over a 39-minute period. I have never received better service from any repairer and would not hesitate to recommend them for any caravan repairs. Great work boys and a good job. Well done and thank you.
What an amazing company. We had a door blow off our van on our way to the Murray. Epsom Palms Caravans World sourced a second hand door, retro fitted it and the door frame and had us on our way in 3 hours. Such a fantastic business to deal with who went out of their way to get us back on the road.
Very disappointing. I had my caravan assessed for hail damage in October 2024. It is now December & they still have not processed the insurance quote after multiple phone calls. Extremely poor work ethic.
