Attended this hospital yesterday, I found staff very nice from the receptionist to Jo and Jane who were very attentive and Jo explained procedure for cataract thoroughly and put at ease. I am awaiting hip operation and finding walking difficult, but it was no problem to Colin who pushed me from waiting room to theatre and back again, telling me off for not keeping arms in! Thank you all for your amazing work,your care and attention.
I have always been full of respect for most of the doctors at this surgery. I have always been full of respect for the reception staff too. I do know that one lady can be quite rude and I have experienced this as well, but she is quite elderly and perhaps it is now retirement time or perhaps it has already happened. I know that patients are dissatisfied with the length of time it takes to get an appointment and I am not sure, but it would appear that quite a few doctors in this surgery are part-time, or so I have been told. ... read more
Excellent staff especially Elaine Banerjee who is very kind and supportive.
Not interested in patients care and healthcare! The dr didn’t even bother to examine me when I complained of stomach pain that lasted for over a month..
