Very poor service as they have cancel the appointment in last minute. Wish to give negative in star, very disappointed
I just spent 45 mins on hold at number 1 in the queue only to be hung up on just after close time. One of the little things I’ve noticed with this practice going downhill in the last 6 months.
Good doctors, however can be a Looooong wait on the phone to make an appointment.
This was my first visit, as I was changing GP after over 30yrs with the same doctor. Dr penny was lovely and got straight into transferring my details and setting up referrals to continue my mental and physical well being, taking me seriously and also the receptionist was lovely too and helpful.
Great clinic, always seen quickly and doctors have all been fabulous with the various members of our family.
