The elevator in this building has NOT worked in months. Several complaints to get this fixed and nothing has been done How do you expect ONE working elevator for a senior facility with many people using walkers and other devises. This is a safety issue. Many residents have to take multiple trips due to the fact that the one elevator is the only one working and is a long walk back and forth for some.
