We first used EPS Trenchless circa 12 years ago when they replaced our leaking lead water supply which ran under the house! They did a brilliant job for us in moling through a new supply around the house and making all the necessary connections. Outstanding Service from EPS – Highly Recommended! After being let down and overcharged by another track & trace company, I was left feeling frustrated and out of pocket. I had a couple of leaks in my mains water pipe, and despite paying an extortionate amount, the issue wasn’t properly resolved. I was recommended a moling solution to replace 110 metres of galvanised steel water pipe to our property - I contacted 3 companies and Darren was the only one to get back to me with anything meaningful. From the inspection and quotations the communication was great - I did have to do a bit of chasing and we played telephone tennis for a while but it was over Christmas and totally understandable.
