Chris was an exceptional technician who installed a new system in our home . He was very polite , clear and communicative- and very informative. His work was quick and very thorough. I am extremely pleased with the service today. I hope EPS can hang on to this very good egg.

Kevin quickly evaluated our needs and expertly installed our system in 2025. He’s a total pro and a good guy, too….taking as much time as (us not so tech savvy folks) needed to answer our questions. System is very easy to manage.
Dustin, Drew, and Evan were awesome to have around the building, very professional, always on time and very respectful of our workplace. They really took the time to communicate with us about their schedules, what they would be working on each day, and informed us when the noise level would be high. Great customer service skills and HRI is thankful and grateful for their continued service.
It is very rare that you need the support of EPS. The one time we need their help is at 3 in the morning when our home alarm is going off for a low battery indicator. Our entire family is trying to sleep and no one at EPS knows how to turn it off. Even unplugging the system from the power source doesn't disable it. They asked us to call back after 8 am in the morning to talk to technical support.
