My organization ordered holiday gifts from ePromos and since we are short-staffed, I assisted with the effort. I couldn’t be happier with this company. From design to production and customer service, I’m thrilled I discovered them and plan to use them again. I received proof of the final product prior to printing and communication from the Brand Consultant throughout the process. Everything was very carefully packed and since I ordered hot chocolate bombs, nothing melted. Highly recommend for company gifts.

I used to use ePromos through the Farmers Insurance portal for years. They announced that they were no longer going to be a partner and offered a bunch of Farmers' promotional gear at a discounted price. That was August, today is 11/21/2023 and I still do not have any of the merchandise and they still have my money. They created a shipping label the 6th of September and never mailed the package. I can only speak to ePromos' lack of customer/contact care. For a couple of months I have been getting daily emails even after "unsubscribing" and direct emails asking to be removed from their lists. Despite an assurance from a person called Laura that "it will be taken care of" I'm still getting promotional emails, every day!
