After years of embarrassing facial hair (thanks genetics!) and bleaching, tweezing, waxing, epilating, and shaving, my face is finally smooth! Ellen is my mom. And I can assure you she's empathetic, gentle, and loves making her clients feel good in their own skin by permanently removing unwanted hair. Electrolysis can be a little uncomfortable, but let me tell you it's so worth it!
