Around May 8, 2026, I received a USPS envelope containing only part of a damaged package from Eppy's. The envelope included a notice indicating the contents had been damaged in shipping and could not be delivered. The remaining packaging clearly showed both Eppy's return address and my shipping address. I emailed the sales address listed on the company's website along with photos and received no response.
